Attach clear photos and videos showing the package, product, and shipping label for verification.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled with 100 percent refund within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever occurs earlier.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
